These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services, products, platforms, events, digital content, and offerings provided by KFB (Kinship Finest Boyz) (“KFB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, purchasing from, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Scope of Services

KFB provides services, event participation, tickets, digital products, physical products, merchandise, and platform‑based opportunities. Services may be delivered online, in person, or through third‑party platforms. KFB serves both individuals and businesses.

Eligibility and Use

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter agreements and that you will use our platforms responsibly. Any misuse, unlawful activity, or behavior that harms the organization or its community may result in restricted access or termination.

Payments and Pricing

Payments may be required upfront, recurring, milestone‑based, or invoiced depending on the offer. Prices may change at any time without notice unless otherwise agreed. Late or failed payments may result in paused services, delayed delivery, or termination.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are limited and not guaranteed.
If a refund is approved:

• 75% of the amount paid will be refunded

• 25% will be retained as a handling and processing fee

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase and before any processing or work begins. Once work or processing has started, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days. Only the Founder has authority to approve refunds or exceptions.

No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes, participation results, or loss or damage while items are under KFB custody.

Right to Refuse Service

KFB reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate use for violations of these Terms, non‑payment, or behavior that negatively impacts the platform, organization, or community.

No Guarantees

All services, events, and opportunities are provided “as is” and “as available.” KFB does not guarantee success, professional advancement, or financial gain. Participation provides access only; outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KFB’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user and shall not exceed $1,000 USD. KFB is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, music, images, materials, and systems are the exclusive property of KFB unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorized use for profit or redistribution is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KFB operates.

Changes to Terms

KFB may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
